We ship to customers within India and around the world through our trusted courier partners. Your stocked order will ship promptly within three business days of confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Please recognize that we are not liable for damage that occurs during the shipping process. If you notice any damage, please inform us immediately and take images of the packaging and the product: we will inform the insurance companies and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible. 


Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, with the aim of shipping out orders within three business days of purchase. For back-orders and pre-orders, please pay special attention to your estimated ship date and kindly note that this date reflects our best efforts to ship the orders as soon as possible, but can change subject to external factors and unforeseen delays.


All domestic orders within India over Rs 10,000.00 will ship free of charge by a traceable local courier and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located.


Our quilt prices include FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. For our fabrics and cushion covers, shipping costs vary depending on the quantity ordered. All international orders ship with DHL, UPS or FedEx and generally arrive within 3-7 business days, excluding any customs clearance delays.

Import duties differ for every country and the customer is responsible for payment of any and all applicable import duties. As the importer of record, it is also the responsibility of the customer to handle all aspects of importation and deal with local customs officials in their country.


All the companies we use offer reliable and timely tracking services. You will be able to follow your shipment throughout its journey with the link provided in your confirmation email. In the event that you need assistance with your delivery, please contact the courier company’s customer service directly.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address where the shipment can be delivered without complications. Moreover, it is also the customer's responsibility to track their order, facilitate delivery, and be present to accept the package, if necessary. When an order is "Returned to Sender", we deduct the shipping costs from the order and refund the balance. If you still wish to buy the item, we ask that you place a new order.
